Sandy has had a love of horses every since she can remember.  Breeding horses is something she had always wanted to do and  buying the farm in 2002 gave her the chance to do just that.

Every foal born on the farm is loved from the moment it is born and as all of the day to day running of the farm is dealt with by Sandy and Paul themselves, the foals soon learn who their human parents are.  It is a great joy to watch the babies turn into youngsters and the youngsters taking their first steps towards their future careers, whether that be here on the farm or within their new homes.

As a breeder Sandy has always wanted to do whatever is possible to help British Breeding in general.  For several years she has been the Stallion Grading Secretary for the British Warmblood Society (Warmblood Breeders Studbook UK) as well as being a founding member of the British Breeders Network.  

Since 2021 Sandy has been the  Treasurer and Secretary of the British Hanoverian Horse Society.
